Simple, upfront pricing

Notarial acts and travel are priced separately. Your total travel quote will be agreed upon before the appointment.

In-person notarization

$5 per notarization

$5 for each separate notarial act (such as an acknowledgment or jurat), not simply for each signature or stamp impression.

Local mobile travel

From $25

Suggested starting travel fee for nearby appointments, depending on distance and scheduling.

Extended travel

Custom quote

For Shelby and other surrounding communities, request an exact travel estimate.

Example only: one $5 notarial act plus an agreed $35 travel fee = $40. Additional notarial acts may add fees within Ohio's legal limits. Travel fees must be reasonable and agreed to before the notarial act.

Bring acceptable, current identification for each signer.
Have the complete document available for review and notarization.
All required signers must personally appear before the notary.
Confirm whether witnesses are required and arrange them if needed.
Do not sign jurat documents before the required oath and signing procedure.
